Breast Cancer Book Club Discussion

Today is the day we'll start our discussion of the first book we chose to read in conjunction with The Breast Blog's Breast Cancer Book Club.

Here's how this is going to work: I announce the book, we read the book, I post a synopsis and my initial reaction to the book, you comment with your initial reaction to the book, I post a question for discussion, you comment with your answers.
