Realize Your Dreams

What have you always wanted to do? Do you want to make 2007 the year you do just that? SuperViva.com is one cool site that is helping thousands of people realize their dreams.
You can ...
- Get ideas by searching for then reading thousands of other people's goals.
- List everything you might want to do on an "a la carte" menu.
- Choose whether to share your list or keep it private.
- Easily update, re-prioritize, and check in over time.
- Motivate and exchange ideas with other members.
- Participate in a breast cancer walk, run or weekend event
- Make hats for cancer patients (I suppose you could make scarves or shawls as well)
- Get breast implants (or any reconstruction for that matter -- maybe those nipples you've been putting off)
- Donate $100K+ to cancer research (WOW, now that's a goal)

Hi,
This is Susie, who created SuperViva. I'm really happy you discovered the site and am thrilled at your reaction.
I thought your readers might also be interested to know that I created SuperViva after going through treatment for Hodgkins lymphoma as a way to fulfill my mission in life, to make people happy.
While I was going through my treatment I really tried to stay outwardly focused on how I could help the world (trying not to obsess over the treatment) while at the same time being very good to myself. For example I signed up as an honoree for Team in Training, to motivate people to raise money for the cause.
I know breast cancer treatment is usually harsher than what I went through, but I hope my story helps you if you're going through treatment and inspires you to pursue your dreams. :)
Cheers,
Susie
Susie, cancer sucks, all around. Hodgkins is no exception.
I agree, an outward focus helps us stay the course. It's not all about us and the more we think about that the more we can feel good about helping others. There's always some who has it worse than you.
Thanks for visiting.
